When I saw this teeny-weeny piece of gadget in the movie, I didn’t know what it’s for, so I made a last-ditch effort to research about it online.

This finger pulse oximeter displays pulse rate, oxygen level and an actual display of your heart rhythm. Amazing isn’t it? I guess everyone should have, especially those who have active lifestyle. I am surprised that this kind of health device is very affordable.

Contemplating

I’ve been contemplating on getting a life insurance.

Although I have an insurance provided by my company, it’s nothing like the Blue Advantage (click on the link for more info) being offered by insurance companies in North Carolina. I am not sure if we have something like that here in the Philippines though. I guess that’s what I need to find out.

Once I find the best coverage at a reasonable price, then there’s no reason for me not to get one.

My Fil-Jap cousin is into car racing. He’s been car racing since he was 8 years old (I think). I’m sure he’ll be delighted to see a Nascar jacket of his favorite car racer. I haven’t seen him for a long time because he lives in Japan. I chatted with my aunt over Facebook and she told me that their family will be visiting here in the Philippines soon.

Yey! I’m looking forward to this much-awaited reunion. Can’t wait! We’ll surely have a blast.

My friend, Sheila, told me about the good Proactiv reviews she read online a few weeks ago. She’s been having this major pimple problem for quite some time and is looking for the best acne solution that will work perfectly on her skin. I told her she should give it a shot. My cousin used Proactiv before and it worked for her. Now she’s officially pimple-free.

Sheila got convinced and is now planning to purchase her first set of this product. I wish her luck.

Goodbe, acne!

Finding acne solutions that work can be a real pain in the butt. I should know coz I’ve also had my fair share of pimple problems way back in college. I’m glad it finally ended! Whew!

One thing I’ve learned in the using it as you might be allergic to one of its components that will only worsen your skin condition. For sensitive skin, always go for unscented, mild cleansers.

My uncle, who just turned 40 this year, is HIV positive. HIV as in Hair Is Vanishing. LOL.

Do you know any tips on how to prevent hair loss? We kept teasing him about this HIV thing during my grandma’s birthday last year. We wanted him to do something about it so he would look younger and more confident.
We don’t want him to stay single for good. Hehe. Oh well, he’d better do something about his HIV before it’s too late.

Acne treatment

Having acne is very depressing. More so if you’ve had it all your life!

There are tons of acne treatments in the market today. But the truth is, it’s hard to find the best adult acne treatment that will work perfectly on your skin. Especially if your skin is sensitive.

I had some pimple problems before and I still am having break-outs once in a while (which is just fine). It’s a good thing that I have come to realize that battling this annoying pimple problem wouldn’t be a success if I continue to have a poor diet. So you’d better be careful with what you eat.

Greggy’s nanny has wounds and rashes all over her arms and legs. I’m not sure how you call this kind of skin condition. I’ve been researching about it online but I still can’t figure out whether it’s eczema or something else. If so, I’d better check on the best eczema treatment.

I’m glad it’s not contagious though. According to her, she only gets those rashes whenever she eats something fishy. I hope her skin condition gets better soon.

Term life insurance

There’s probably nothing more secure than having a life insurance.

It gives us the guarantee that whatever happens, you know that the family you’d left behind will have no burden on their shoulders once you’re gone. I know it’s kinda morbid to talk about death and all but life is all about uncertainty. No one knows what’s bound to happen in the future so you might as well be practical and open-minded.

When is the best time to use anti-aging products?

I’ve been researching about the answer to this mind-boggling question and I can’t seem to find a definite answer. Some teenagers and women in mid-twenties are already using an anti aging product, but there’s no definite age as to when one should start using it. So I guess it depends on the person’s skin condition.

The problem is, there are too many anti-aging products available in the market today and they all look very promising. So how do we know which one really works?

Well, maybe it’s time to read online reviews on anti-aging products based on result, value and overall quality.
